Obviously Patentable

Bruce D. Jobse and Dr. Orlando Lopez approached Slocum Design Studio with a vision. Both being very accomplished attorneys in the Intellectual Property field, they had recognized that the Internet was lacking something.

While there are many excellent IP blogs aimed at lawyers,  not everyone involved with IP is a lawyer, and, not every lawyer is an IP specialist.  Inventors, business owners, venture capitalists,  in-house counsel and other attorneys also need information on patents, trademarks, copyrights and IP issues, but may not have the background or time to dig through some of the more concentrated IP content available online.

Obviously Patentable (ObviPat) was born! Bruce and Orlando had a very targeted idea, and therefore required a very personalized product.

obvIPat intends to become an accessible and reliable voice to the online IP community for relevant IP issues.

We started from the ground up beginning with logo design, and moved on to designing a branded web site that fit their needs. Bruce and Orlando also desired a site that they could control and update on their own. A content management solution was exactly what they needed, and we developed their website around one allowing them complete control over their website.
