Auto repair shop website design that diagnoses the problem first.
Most shop sites list services and hope. We build service pages that match how drivers actually search—then diagnose and fix what's stopping them from ranking.
Slocum Studio builds performance-focused, locally optimized WordPress websites for auto repair shops and multi-location auto franchises like Midas. Every service — from oil changes to brake repair — gets its own dedicated, SEO-built page designed to convert searches into scheduled appointments, not just page views.
The problem
Factory Web Templates list services. They don't rank for them. We Do!
One page, ten services
A single "our services" page can't rank for "check engine light on near me" and "battery replacement Dartmouth" at the same time—Google needs one page, one intent, and one clear answer.
That's why Slocum Studio builds deep, content-rich service pages instead: each one written around a specific repair, the exact way a customer searches for it, and the question they actually want answered before they call. Every service your shop offers gets its own shot at ranking — not a bullet point buried on a page that ranks for nothing.
MIDAS DARTMOUTH SOFT OPEN – 28-day search totals
first 28 days: Impressions are climbing. Clicks are starting to follow.
In its first 28 days of Search Console data, the site picked up 2,143 impressions and 62 clicks in the U.S., at an average position of 5.7 — solid early signal for a domain with no ranking history yet.
Traffic skews heavily mobile: 42 of 62 clicks and 1,567 of 2,143 impressions came from phones — exactly how someone searches when they're already standing next to a car that won't start.

What's not indexed yet
The individual service pages aren't showing in search yet — and that's expected.
None of the nine individual service pages have picked up organic impressions yet. Only the homepage, coupons page, about page, and the general services hub are currently appearing in search results.
For a brand-new domain with no backlink history, that's normal — Google typically takes two to four months to fully crawl, trust, and rank new service pages, not one. This is the front edge of the curve, not a stall.
GA4, July 4–31
But real visitors are already finding — and using — those pages.
Even without organic search visibility, the service pages are getting real views and real engagement — from the homepage's internal links, direct visits, and social. That means once these pages do get indexed, there's already a proven audience finding value in them.
92 tracked button and link clicks happened sitewide in the same window — schedule-service requests, coupon views, and phone taps — with 24 of those being direct "schedule service" clicks alone.
30 Days of Real Appointments
18 appointments and 19 leads — before Midas North Dartmouth has even fully opened.

Most of this traffic starts on a phone
68% of the site's search clicks over the same period came from mobile devices — customers searching mid-breakdown, not browsing at a desk.
One month is day one of an SEO timeline
This is exactly where a new site should be at 30 days: impressions climbing, homepage and hub pages indexed, service pages queued to follow, and early visitors already proving the pages work once they're found.
