Discovery is typically done over the phone or a Zoom session and can take as little as 15 minutes, depending on the requirements of your project.
Almost immediately, our gears will start turning. We’ll begin to connect the dots and start brainstorming ideas for how we can assist with your needs. This leads us to the next step: Analysis.
We perform a thorough analysis of your request to ensure we have an understanding of the underlying issues.
Depending on the requirements, we may assess your overall website performance, review your keywords (for SEO purposes), or look into broken components.
We’ll inform you of what items should be addressed and create a plan to follow through.

Consultation
In this step, we partner with you on an hourly consulting basis to address the items we’ve identified in the previous steps.
If we uncover additional issues, we will work with you to determine whether these should be addressed. We will implement the solutions to ensure your website runs 100%.
